Steve, don't eat it!

One of my favourite internet sites is based around a guy called Steve, who has a section on his site called 'Steve, Don't Eat It!'... where he eats some of the most weirdest canned foods on the planet.

What we're seeing above is called Cuitlacoche (kweet-lah-KOH-chay) which translates as 'nose vomit'... well actually it's a Mexican delicacy of corn that has been infected with a fungus. The taste?... just looking at it gives you a good idea how it's going to taste.
