Special Dinner from Australia's Chef of the YearYou may have heard Spirit House head chef, Tom Hitchcock has won Australia's Chef of the Year.
To say we are proud of Tom is an understatement - it's an amazing accolade and put the spotlight on the incredible talent and passion Tom possesses.
Imagine our surprise when Tom, not wanting to rest on his laurels, has asked us to gather 18 adventurous foodies to a special dinner that gives him and his team the opportunity to unleash some ideas over 8 courses.
So with that in mind, we would like to invite you to a very special Chef's Table.

You might be wondering: "what is the menu?".
All will be revealed on the night. The menu is in Tom's head and is constantly changing and being finessed as he works and consults with his team.
All we can tell you is we can't cater to any dietaries at all - but you will be taken on a fantastic food journey through Asian flavours and culinary skill.
Tom will visit the table for each course to explain each course and inspiration behind it.
